The division of commercial printing offers its customers the following products: packaging, labels and promotional publications. We also provide added value and always evaluate the actual needs of our customers.

 

 

PACKAGING

 

Currently we are very successfully working in the area of packaging production. We focus on this area most and purchase new equipment for this production area and deepen our technological knowledge. High quality packaging production is ensured by the printing machines KBA RAPIDA 106-6+UVLack ALV2, KBA RAPIDA 105-6-L and three cutting and hot foil application machines of one of the most famous packaging cutting equipment producer: BOBST SP 104-ER, BOBST SPERIA-106 and BOBST 102-BMA. 6 point machine Media 100 is used for sealing packaging. This equipment reduces the need for human resources and enables production of packaging of complex construction and high precision with hot foil application or embossed print of high quality and within the short period of time.

In the future we plan to purchase a new printing machine, which can print using UV paint on non-absorbing (plastic) surfaces and another cutting machine.

 

LABELS

 

The experience of UAB "Garsų pasaulis" in the production of labels is very extensive. This experience and annual growth of the production encouraged the company to purchase the printing machine HEIDELBERG SP C 74-5+L in 2003. This machine is known as the best in the market of B2+ format printing machines for label production. This machine has the following benefits: exceptional printing quality, high printing speed (up to 15 000 impresses per hour), an option to print both on thin paper and card-board. Working efficiency substantially increased after the company purchased the fast label cutting (by way of pushing through) machine BLUMER ATLAS 110.

We plan to purchase a new printing machine which is able to print in six colours at the same time and completely satisfy the needs of the most demanding customer. Our most recent innovation also must be mentioned. It is the rotating printing machine DRENT GOBELL, which prints using UV paint. The main advantage of this machine is the printing on non-absorbent surfaces.

 

PROMOTIONAL PUBLICATIONS AND FORMS

 

These products can be considered as the most popular in our country. Our printing house is able to offer to complete all production processes in one printing house, i.e. "under the same roof". We offer all most popular processes, i.e. laminating, UV varnishing, hot foil application, binding, folding, numbering, cutting, sealing, etc.
